The mission of the Driver Education program is to provide the opportunity for all students to develop the knowledge, perceptions, attitudes, and motor skills necessary to achieve low risk driving behaviors that will serve them for a lifetime of crash-free driving.

 

Our curriculum is based on the program standards as set forth by The National Institute for Driver Behavior, a nationally recognized leader in traffic safety education. Some of the concepts and principles will be familiar, others will be curiously new.

 

This program far surpasses the traditional Driver Education program you may be familiar with. As stated above, our goal is to help the driver to embrace those low-risk skills and behaviors that will last them a lifetime.

 

Together we can prepare students to be a competent and responsible driver, passenger and pedestrian.
